The Last Oracle Review

The Last Oracle: The SIbylline Trilogy

(The Oracles Book 3)

By Delia Colvin

Can love defy death itself?

From Bestselling author, Delia Colvin, The Last Oracle, is the finale to The Sibylline Trilogy that weaves Greek Mythology with a modern tale of eternal love!

Alex has waited 3000 years to finally marry his soul mate...his symbolon. But as the wedding comes to fruition, their secret plans are discovered and now, no one is safe, especially Valeria, the one Alex holds closest to his heart.

In order to triumph over these forces, they must return to the location of the ancient council of Immortals at the entrance to the Underworld to revive the first oracle, Myrddin, whose jumbled mind holds the key to their survival. But Myrddin's solution requires both Alex and Valeria to face death in order to change their fate!

THE SIBYLLINE TRILOGY - a love more enduring than life...than death...than destiny.

***MY HONEST REVIEW OF THE LAST ORACLE***

Alex and Valeria finally have the wedding that they have waited so long for. But on their wedding night, they find out that Valeria still has an enemy out to kill her. For their honeymoon, they stay four months at a secret beach hideaway that no one knows about. When it is discovered that Valeria is pregnant, they have to return home. Determining to clear Alex and Valeria’s reputation, the family plots to retrieve the bones of the first oracle, Myrdd, along with a few other oracles, to enlist their help overturning the Council. When Valeria finally meets Kristiana, she knows that Kristiana will stop at nothing until Val is dead.  And that includes her unborn child.

I am so glad that they finally got married. It seemed like forever for it to happen. But I really enjoyed the old fashioned courtship, no matter how long it took. These characters are so well rounded and enjoyable. Even when the old oracles were introduced, you felt like you had known them all along. The ending was very satisfying, and answered many questions.
